The Guys learn this lesson: Sooner or later, everyone should know someone like Lou. Meet Lou Sones, Managing Parter and onsite boss for the Brazen Head, one of the homiest Brooklyn bars weve come across (with a very impressive beer, scotch and bourbon list!) Lou leads Mark and Jimmy on a tour of the Brazen Head, which admittedly has a strange name with a fantastic pedigree; the Brazen Head also features some great year-round events including Cask Ale festivals (three a year) and their Spring Clam Shuck. This years Clam Shuck is on April 18th (saturday) from 5-10 PM, and the Spring Cask Fest is on May 1-3rd. No visit to Brooklyn should be complete without a stop at the Brazen Head. Cheers!

Sometimes the best bars don't show up in guide books or history lessons. Sometimes the best bars are right around the corner and right under your nose. Attracted by a group of friends who consider themselves to be a family, Mark and Jimmy trek to Brooklyn and find that nothing beats a bar full of good people in creating a sense of community.
